Q: How do I receive my beaded bracelet tutorial after purchase? 

A: All Darlovely tutorials are instant digital downloads. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an New Order Notification Email from <[email protected]>  with a secure link to download your PDF pattern. . The page will contain the product name, a link to download the PDF. The link will be available for download for 30 days. 

Q: I didn't receive my download email. What should I do? 

A: Please check your "Junk" or "Spam" folder first, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you still can't find it, contact me at [email protected] and I will ensure you get your file right away!

Q: Can I get a refund on a PDF pattern? 

A: Because digital PDF files are delivered immediately upon purchase, I generally cannot offer refunds. However, if you have any trouble following the instructions or find an error, please reach out—I am committed to making sure you have a great beading experience!

Materials & Techniques

Q: What materials do I need for your tutorials? 

A: Each PDF includes a comprehensive materials list. Most darlovely designs use high-quality components like Miyuki seed beads, SuperDuos, and Swarovski or Preciosa crystals. I provide exact color codes and bead sizes to help you achieve the same look as the sample photos.

Q: Are these patterns suitable for beginners? 

A: Yes! I offer patterns for various skill levels. You can check it out at the description of each Patterns

Usage & Copyright

Q: Can I sell the jewelry I make from your tutorials? 

A: Yes! As I support small businesses, you are welcome to sell the finished jewelry you make using my patterns (not more than 4). I only ask that you give credit to darlovely as the designer. However, the PDF files and instructions themselves are copyrighted and may not be resold, shared, or distributed.
